WHIEDA Practitioner Training is designed for already qualified and insured UK practitioners who wish to use selected WHIEDA devices within their existing scope of practice.
The Phase 1 training supports manufacturer-guided, non-medical use for wellness, relaxation, comfort-focused sessions and, where appropriate, post-exercise recovery support.
This training is not medical training, not a clinical qualification, not CPD-accredited at this stage, and does not confirm insurer approval or insurer acceptance.
Founding Practitioner Programme — all four devices: £149 per named learner

Current public training options are the Founding Practitioner Programme at £149 per named learner for the first 10 accepted participants, and standard complete four-device training at £349 per named learner.

WHIEDA Academy training is provided on a B2B / professional-only basis. Applicants must apply through a business, company, clinic, practice, partnership, self-employed or sole trader route.
Private individual / consumer applications and payments are currently not accepted.
Yes. A clinic, company, practice or other business may pay for or sponsor a named practitioner.
The training record, assessment record and certificate remain linked to the named individual practitioner, not to the clinic or company.
The current public training options are:
A Founding Practitioner Programme place and price are confirmed only after application review, acceptance and payment confirmation.
No. There is no public payment link on the website.
Applications are reviewed manually. Accepted applicants receive an individual Stripe payment link by email after manual review.
Your application or enquiry is reviewed manually.
Training access is not automatic. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email from WHIEDA Academy with the next steps, your Application Reference ID and your individual payment link.
Training access is normally issued within 1 working day after payment confirmation, provided the payment can be matched to the accepted application.
Where payment details cannot be matched, access may be delayed until the payer or applicant has been verified.
Payments received outside normal working hours, at weekends or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Your Application Reference ID is your unique WHIEDA Academy administrative reference.

You must keep this reference safe. It may be required for payment matching, invoicing, training access, assessment access, manual review, certificate-control processes and later communication about your training record.
Your Application Reference ID may also be used as your training access username for the password-protected WHIEDA Academy training area.
WHIEDA Academy uses this reference to support data-minimised administration where appropriate. However, your name, email address, billing details, assessment records and certificate information may still be required for payment, invoicing, training administration, assessment review and certificate issue.
Your Application Reference ID is confidential and non-transferable. You must not share it with anyone else.
You will find your Application Reference ID in the email confirming that your application can proceed to the payment stage. It will also be included again in your training access email after payment confirmation.
After payment confirmation, training access is provided through a password-protected WHIEDA Academy training area hosted via Hostinger.
The learner receives the protected access link, username and separate password by email.
Credentials are confidential and non-transferable.
Your training access username is your Application Reference ID.
You will need this username to access the password-protected WHIEDA Academy training area.
Your training access password is a separate randomly generated password issued by WHIEDA Academy after payment confirmation.
You cannot change this password yourself.
Your password is confidential and non-transferable. You must not share, publish, forward or disclose it to anyone else.
Your username and password are issued to you as the named learner only. They help protect your paid training access and help prevent another person from using training access purchased for you.
Training access is considered provided when the access email or controlled access link has been successfully sent to the learner’s declared email address and has not been returned as undeliverable.
No. The assessment link is not sent with the training materials.
You should study the training materials first and request assessment access only when you are ready.

The assigned assessment link is valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent.
You should request the assessment link only when you are ready to complete the assessment.
No.
Assessment is manually reviewed. Certificate issue depends on meeting the required assessment criteria and safety / claims-control requirements.
Payment, access to the materials or completion of the course content does not guarantee a pass result or certificate issue.
The general assessment policy includes one initial assessment attempt and one free retake.
Further retake attempts may be purchased at £25 per attempt.
Founding Practitioner Programme exception: unlimited retakes are included for the Basic assessment.
No.
This is basic non-medical wellness device training. It does not authorise diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, pain treatment claims, medical claims or work outside your existing professional scope of practice.

WHIEDA Academy training does not guarantee insurance acceptance. Practitioners remain responsible for checking their own insurance, legal position and scope of practice before using any device with clients.
